Owner / Project Manager
Blake enjoyed working as a carpenter while attending college at Minnesota State University/Mankato. He graduated in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Interior Design and went to work as a Project Superintendent for Ryland Homes where he worked on hundreds of homes.
In the spring of 2006, he fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning his own construction business by partnering with Jeremy. In his free time he enjoys golfing, going to ball games, and spending time with family and friends.

Jeremy had the luxury of growing up with an electrician as a father, who allowed him to work with him since 6th grade. After graduating from the University of St. Thomas, Jeremy owned and operated Home Coaters Painting Co with his wife Thea. In 2006 he had the opportunity to join one of his childhood best friends and form Summit Craftsman. In his spare time he enjoys working on wood projects, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
